The location IS central. I walked to many attractions. The breakfast buffet had a nice variety. My daughter enjoyed the choices offered. The staff WAS friendly and helpful.

The air conditioning did not work. It was TOO warm in the room. We had to open the window. This let in street noise. The separate toilet was not ideal.

the location allowed easy walks to popular attractions the grand palace was very close. metro and bus stations were also easily accessible. the breakfast offered many choices and the staff was friendly. early check-in was allowed which was helpful.

i found that there was no luggage rack in the room. the reception also did not answer the phone. it was a minor inconvenience.

the breakfast buffet featured a good selection of hot food, a continental breakfast, cereals, and fresh fruit. i saw waffles and pancakes with various toppings available too. a wide assortment of fruit juice and hot drinks were present.

The hotel location was ideal. It was only a five-minute walk to the city center and many attractions. The staff were very helpful and friendly, always ready to assist. The breakfast offered a nice variety. I especially enjoyed the fresh pastries.

The swimming pool was smaller than expected. It became quite crowded during peak hours.

The breakfast selection was varied!!! my adult daughter really enjoyed it. the staff were very kind. They cleaned quite early, and promptly. the location was excellent. It was a short walk to the bus stop.

the advertised air conditioning wasn't functional. we had to open the window, which caused noise.

I enjoyed the perfect location close to many attractions. The staff were cute and friendly, they even offered an upgrade. The room was spacious and clean. I appreciated the luggage storage before check-in.

I found the coffee access inconvenient. Only instant coffee was available in the room and I had to go out for alternatives.
